Francis
W. Price, Jr. MD
Dr. Price is an internationally recognized ophthalmic surgeon, named
as one of the top physicians in the country for corneal disease
and transplantation by THE BEST DOCTORS IN AMERICA. Dr. Price is also considered the most experienced Indianapolis eye doctor in the region. He is a Phi
Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is a 1977
graduate of Indiana University Medical School, where he also completed
his residency in ophthalmology.
He completed a fellowship in corneal and external disease at Tulane
University. He has served as a principal investigator or medical
advisor for studies on ophthalmic medications and devices, as well
as surgical procedures including cornea transplants and Excimer
lasers. He is also a teacher, lecturer and inventor holding U.S.

Carlindo Pereira, MD
Dr. Carlindo Pereira graduated from medical school at the University of Stellenbosch in 1995 in South Africa, and practiced as a family physician in South Africa and Canada, where he developed a passion for ophthalmology. He came to the United States for ophthalmology training, and graduated from ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University, California in 2004. Following residency, Dr Pereira stayed on faculty at Loma Linda University and joined the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans Administration Medical Center as full time staff, where he practiced comprehensive ophthalmology, and was later promoted to Chief of the Ophthalmology Department. He was closely involved in clinical and surgical training of the ophthalmology residents, and in 2008 received faculty teacher of the year award. Dr. Pereira has a special interest in cornea surgery, which led him to acquire additional training at Price Vision Group.
Kathy Kelley, OD
Dr. Kathleen Kelley is a 1987 graduate of the Indiana School of Optometry. She is experienced in examining patients both before and after the complicated surgeries performed by the surgeons of Price Vision Group. Dr. Kelley has over 20 years experience in caring for complicated corneal transplant patients and laser refractive surgery patients.
She has served as a sub-investigator in 26 clinical trials and given numerous presentations on topics related to the outcomes of those investigations. She coordinates the clinical studies on artificial irises, the intraocular lenses for high levels of nearsightedness, and the light adjustable lens for cataract surgery. She is the principal investigator for clinical studies on dry eye.
Faye Peters, OD
Dr. Faye Peters is a graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry and has been with Price Vision Group for 10 years. She provides refractive surgery evaluations and post-op refractive surgery care. Dr. Peters also provides all of the contact lens services at the Price Vision Group. Our contact lens services include specialty contact lens fittings for keratoconus, eyes that have had surgery, and eyes that have corneal irregularities from an ocular injury.
Dr. Peters also provides pre and post op care to corneal transplant, cataract, glaucoma and dry eye patients and she provides care to patients participating in Cornea Research Foundation studies.
