Telemedicine appointments with Price Vision Group

An updated message from Dr. Price. (Posted on 4/13/2020)

Thank you again for your patience as we continue to search for ways to provide care for our patients. We strongly recommend that all patients sign up for our Patient Portal. Let us know if you need help completing the registration process.

Steps to schedule a telemedicine appointment

  1. Initial Contact: If we’ve previously contacted you to cancel an appointment, we will be contacting you again to discuss telemedicine options. If you have not been contacted by us, please call our office (317) 844-5530 to learn more about telemedicine appointments.
  2. Follow-up Contact: Once a telemedicine option is confirmed (video chat or telephone), one of our ophthalmic technicians will contact you to collect information about your health as well as various contact information. When all necessary information is recorded and confirmed, the technician will give the patient a time window on when to expect to meet with the doctor (either by phone or video chat).
  3. Telemedicine Contact: If a video chat option is chosen, a link will be sent over (by email or text message) to the patient to join the meeting. If a telephone option is chosen, the doctor will call the patient using the phone number that was provided.

*Please note that during these unprecedented times, this process can change and our staff will do their best to provide the most up-to-date instructions to our patients.
