GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE FOR NON-EMERGENCY SERVICES
In accordance with Indiana’s House Enrolled Act (HEA 1004-2020); if patients request it, health care practitioners must provide a good faith estimate of the total price they will charge for a non–emergency health care service that has been ordered, scheduled or referred. The law requires the estimate will be provided within 5 business days from the date of request. Patients will not be charged for this information. The estimates are not binding, the final price may vary from the estimate based on the patient’s medical needs, and the estimate is valid for 30 days.
Medical appointments and treatments are more complicated than they were once upon a time, and this is especially true for surgical procedures such as LASIK. The eye doctors and staff at our Indianapolis center understand that you have enough on your mind, and strive to make all of your interactions with Price Vision Group as simple and streamlined as possible. We provide an online portal through which you can schedule appointments and pay your bills. We’ve also collected information about financing, insurance, and terms you should know, and put it all right here at your fingertips. We’ve even put together a list of things to do and places to stay for our out-of-town patients.
