JERAD DIAZ
Education and Experience
Jerad graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a degree in exercise science. He then went on to attend the University of Evansville Physician Assistant Program. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2023 with a master’s degree in physician assistant science. After graduating from PA school, Jerad spent two years working in orthopedic surgery. He had a busy clinic schedule, where he diagnosed and treated a variety of orthopedic conditions. He also assisted in many different orthopedic surgeries, ranging from total joint replacements to carpal tunnel surgeries. From this, Jerad has a strong medical procedure background, which he utilizes every day for the multitude of ophthalmic procedures performed at Price Vision Group.
Jerad Diaz, The Person
Jerad was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. When he isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their labradoodle, Hattie. Jerad also partakes in a variety of hobbies including golfing, cooking, exercising, and going to museums and aquariums. He loves going to Colts and Pacers games. He also passionately cheers for the Indiana Hoosiers any chance he gets.
